Tüm çocukluk ve gençlik yıllarımda resim ve heykele ilgi duydum. Daha okuma yazma öğrenmeden çamurdan heykeller yapmaya başlamıştım. Resim yapmakta okul hayatımla birlikte başladı .Önce kara kalem çizimler yaparken renklerin büyüsü ile tanışmam uzun sürmedi. Sanatsal yeteneğim öğretmenlerim tarafından da fark ediliyordu artık. Ancak Üniversite eğitimi için Güzel sanatlar fakültesi yerine , İzmir Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Maliye Bölümüne devam ettim ve mezun oldum. Finansal analiz, muhasebe, banka ve dış ticaret konularında çeşitli sektörlerde çalışmalarım oldu. Üniversitede akademisyen olarak görev yapıyorum.
Gençlik yıllarında Ankara’da Ressam Hikmet Çetinkaya Atölyesinde sanat ve yağlı boya resim eğitimlerine devam ettim. Fırsat buldukca çeşitli sanat aktivite ve çalış taylara katılarak ,sanat tarihi alanında okumalar yaparak sanat alanında kendimi geliştirmeye devam ediyorum. Akrilik boya tablo çalışmaları yansıra, doğal taş ve cam mozaik tablolar ve çeşitli objeler üretme çalışmalarımi kişisel atölyemde sürdürüyorum.
