Comecei a desenhar desde menino, procurando sempre melhorar os desenhos tentando faze-los o mais próximo da realidade. Mas o pouco tempo disponível, praticava com entusiasmo e evoluía aos poucos. Com o tempo fui me identificando com os desenhos em lapis grafite. Fui descobrindo os tipos de lapis, tipos de papeis, as técnicas e efeitos de luz e sombra, brilhos e contrastes. Fiz os retratos dos filhos, de parentes, pais, e de muitos amigos. Assim que me desliguei do trabalho, dediquei mais tempo ao desenho. Sempre fazendo os desenhos por prazer, doava os retratos. Me mudei para Portugal e fui incentivado pelos parentes e amigos a expor e vender meus trabalhos.
