In meinen Bildern versuche ich das Visuelle und das Konzeptuelle zu verbinden. Zeichnung ist für mich ein Medium der Erkenntnis, das über den direkten Ausdruck hinaus materielle und immaterielle Kräfte, plastische Prozesse im weitesten Sinne sichtbar macht. Ich sehe die Zeichnung also als "Erweiterung eines Gedankens", weil sie die kreativen Prozesse direkt widerspiegelt. Die spontane und direkte Arbeitsweise ist eines der wichtigsten Merkmale meiner Kunst. Gleichzeitig zeichnen sich meine Arbeiten durch einen freien Umgang mit Formen und eine starke Farbigkeit aus. Meine Zeichnungen entstehen meist in einer Mischtechnik aus Wasserstiften, Bleistiften und Acrylfarben.
