Het werk heeft een dubbele boodschap.
Enerzijds het simpel visuele waarbij de kijker een gezicht ziet dat aan het verdrinken is op een achtergrond van geld waarmee de titel bevestigd wordt.
Anderzijds de diepere boodschap : The more money, the more problems. Een man die in een hoop geld probeert om niet te verdrinken, de hand en mond wijd open om desondanks het geld toch redding te vinden.
De achtergrond van dollar bills redden hem echter niet.
Met veel geld komt vaak veel problemen.

Het werk is gemaakt in 20 exemplaren, een mooie achtergrond van dollars in een passe partout waarop de handen en gezicht in 3D stukken uit het werk komen.
Het geheel zit in een zwarte houten frame van 60 /60.
