CONSOMMATION (2019) Collages by Sy-Mo-Vi

Sy-Mo-Vi is a woman artist photographer, also practicing collage whose works surprise by their depth and subtlety.

Figurative collages and collages characterized by the assembly of a single material, paper, available in several versions (newspapers, photos, kraft, tracings, etc.) His compositions tell a story, reflect emotions of yesterday and today and feed on the evils of our time but also address the major biblical themes (pollution, deforestation, everything from Babel...)

Sy-Mo-Vi was born in 1968. She lives and works in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés (France). After obtaining her baccalaureate with a plastic arts option, she trained for two years at the Roederer place des Vosges workshop in Paris and at the Auguste Barbier workshop in Paris, then 1 year of training at the Areski workshop in Alfort houses. (France) before being admitted to the Camondo school.
