Gianfranco Mottola is a multimedia photographer, designer; influenced by cinema (Marco Ferreri and Federico Fellini). The artist defines himself as a visionary and curious designer, always against what is the mainstream: avant-garde and always beyond the artistic trends of the moment.

He experiments with multimedia languages, contaminating photography with computer art, and at the same time, he begins his own research on the female universe. The cinema remains one of the main sources of inspiration.

Gianfranco Mottola was born in Sanremo, in the province of Imperia (Italy), on September 15, 1961, but already in 1964 he moved to Rome with his family and graduated from the Art Institute "Silvio D'Amico", a Master of Art in graphic design and photography in 1979. His professional path takes shape after years of work experience in the fashion industry and in advertising where he pus his experience as a designer and photographer, creating visual communication campaigns for third parties, then he creates his own line of accessories taking care of the design and know-how.
