Julia Shanaytsa, geboren 1980 in Moskau.
Abschluss 2002 an der Moskauer Staatlichen Presse-Universität.
Wohn seit 2009 in Deutschland in Berlin.
Studiert seit 2020 an der Kunstschule in Berlin.
Sie arbeitet mit verschiedenen Techniken und Stillrichtungen, sowohl als Illustratorin auch als Malerin.
"Ich experimentiere gerne mit Farbe, Form, Geometrie und Genre. Ich breche die Regeln und kombiniere in meinen Arbeiten malerische und illustrative Techniken. Man könnte sagen, dass neun verschiedene Künstler in mir leben."

Julia Shanaytsa was born in Moscow in 1980 and graduated from Moscow State University of Printing Arts in 2002.
In 2009, she moved to Berlin, Germany, and has been studying at the Art School of Berlin since 2020.
Her art practice is diverse, encompassing both illustration and painting. Julia enjoys experimenting with color, shape, geometry, and genre, often blending painterly and illustrative techniques in her work. As she puts it, "nine different artists live" within her.
