This iconic character, even after his conditional death, never loses his grip. Passion for gain and wealth. This is not a bad quality, the author does not criticize or condemn the character. Just reminds about the transience of life and important moments that no one should forget.
Scrooge's skeleton, dressed in a bowtie and cylinder, creates an interesting contrast between life and death, wealth and loss. The viewer may take it as an ironic commentary on human greed and the desire for gain.
