I am 53 years old, of Chilean-Bulgarian descent and I see my painting in pop art in the South American style.
In order to learn more about art, I have attended drawing courses a few times I have been taking art lessons at the Free Art School in Cologne since 2010. I also completed two internships with the photographer Walter Ramirez and in the photo studio A. Olligschläger. Where I learned photography, retouching and developing images. From the age of 17 I had a black and white laboratory in the basement.
In 2003 I worked in a carpentry shop, where I had the opportunity to learn how to work and paint wood. I exhibited and sold some of my woodwork at the summer festival and Christmas bazaar in Cologne-Porz. From then on, I developed the desire to have my own art exhibition and am working towards it.
I incorporate the techniques I learned into my painting and have perfected my own ornamental painting style in recent years. I paint predominantly with acrylic paints on many different materials, but preferably on plaster, stretcher frames and painting cardboard up to 150 cm in size. I also work with wood burning and paint my own woodwork.
I also like to hide symbols, words and poems in my pictures that are not immediately recognizable. Therefore, take a closer look.
The works of art I sell are privately owned and to date I have created hundreds of drawings, ideas and works of art in various sizes and materials up to 150 cm. Painting is my life and when I'm not painting or working, I'm a member of the Leverkusen "Artists' Meeting" and a volunteer foster home for wild kittens at the Cat Protection Association Cologne.
