Sergey Ivanovich Trushin, a contemporary Russian artist, was born in 1989 in the picturesque Bryansk region, in the quaint village of Pilshino. From a young age, he displayed a natural affinity for art, finding solace and joy in drawing both within the confines of art classes and during his leisure time. Despite not receiving formal training, Sergey independently honed his drawing techniques and found fulfillment in his creative endeavors.
However, it wasn't until later in life, at the age of 30, that Sergey rekindled his passion for art. Faced with life's challenges and the ensuing sense of emptiness, he turned to his brushes as a means of self-expression. In his early works, Sergey's palette eschewed bright colors, serving as a poignant reflection of his inner turmoil and emotional state.
In 2022, Sergey embarked on a new chapter in his artistic journey by enrolling in an international drawing school, where he began to acquire fundamental knowledge and skills as an artist. Embracing the gradient oil technique, he channels his creativity into crafting interior pieces adorned with animals and mythical figures, each imbued with a unique sense of depth and allure.
The year 2023 marked a significant milestone for Sergey as he actively participated in three thematic exhibitions, showcasing his evolving artistic prowess and distinct aesthetic vision to a wider audience.
With each brushstroke, Sergey Ivanovich Trushin continues to weave narratives that resonate deeply with viewers, inviting them into a world where emotions find expression through the captivating interplay of light, shadow, and form.
