Cette sculpture modèle réduit représente un personnage en mouvement, en marche, les jambes en écart. L'homme qui marche est épuré, les bras sont absents et la tête stylisée.
Statue longiligne d'un marcheur élancé et filiforme. Walking man.
Une structure de métal sur socle de bois peint en noir vient accueillir le papier encollé, très solide et résistant une fois sec. La sculpture est ensuite patinée pour donner l'aspect du bronze (ici noir et bronze).

Vanessa Renoux works on sculpture with recycled, upcycled materials, mainly recycled newspaper. The creation of patinas with colored reflections results in trompe-l’oeil sculptures, “paper-bronze”.
