When I sell an artwork, who is responsible for creating a shipping label?

How to get a shipping label?

Creating a shipping label depends on who is handling the shipment of the artwork. There are two scenarios:

Case 1: Using Artmajeur Shipping Service

If you have selected Artmajeur to ship your artwork, we will arrange a shipment through our carrier and send you the shipping label in PDF format. You will need to print the label and affix it to your package following the provided instructions. We can either schedule a pickup at your location, or you can drop off the parcel at your nearest depot if that is more convenient for you.

Case 2: Self-Shipping

If you are handling the shipping yourself, you need to choose a reliable carrier that offers insurance. Follow the carrier's instructions to create and attach the shipping label to your package.
